WHERE IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE?


All of our jewelry is handmade in our studio in Austin, TX.


WHAT IS YOUR REPAIR POLICY?


pharao jewelry will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 60 days of receipt of purchase. The only charge for this service is the return shipping charge of $10.

Repairs needed after 60 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense (usually in the $15 range + $10 shipping).


CAN I GET MY JEWELRY WET?


No, please avoid excessive water and sun exposure.

Do you charge a sales tax?


All orders that have a Texas billing address are subject to a 8.25% sales tax.


When will my credit card be charged for my order?


Your credit card will be charged for the full amount when the order is placed.


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?


We make all of our pieces to order by hand in our Austin studio. We do our best to turn orders around as quickly as possible (usually 3 – 5 days). If you need something by a certain date or would like to expedite shipping, please make sure to put that in the comments section, or send us an email at info@pharaojewelry. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests.


HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from USPS Shipping Services with your USPS tracking details for domestic orders.


HOW DO I VIEW MY ORDER?


Please visit the My Account page to view your order(s).


DOES THE JEWELRY COME WITH GIFT WRAP?


Yes. Each order arrives in a custom pillow box. Our custom gift boxes can be ordered for an additional fee.


DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


Yes. Email us at orders@pharaojewelry and we will quote you at the time of your order.

International orders will travel USPS First Class International Mail (5-14 day service). Please be aware that shipping to international destinations may be subject to local customs fees or duties. As the buyer, you are responsible for any custom charges. Every country has different procedures for incoming packages. Please check with the proper local authorities before placing an order. Pharao Jewelry is not responsible for non-paid import taxes, nor will Pharao Jewelry issue any refunds or exchanges for deliveries that have been refused for non-payment of import taxes.
