Policies For Returns & Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, please let us know within 15 days of receiving it. We will provide a refund or exchange (excluding shipping costs) within 15 days of receipt.
Returned/Exchanged items must be in the same condition as when they were sent to you. We do not accept items that have been worn or damaged. Once we receive your return/exchange your card will be credited for the merchandise amount or we will send out the replacement item.
For your protection please insure the package for the full purchase amount. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error.

Please enclose your Name, Address, Order Number, Phone Number, and Reason for Return. If you are sending an exchange or repair, please also enclose $10 (cash or check) to cover the return shipping.
